Ground works package to new retirement flats in Harwich. Works included reduce dig, site clearance, Piling, RC foundations, Drainage, including adoptable connection to sewer away from the main site, RC lift pit, Beam and block floor, and external works including the construction of new entrance cross over and car park.

The contract was completed 2 weeks ahead of program and Wilson Construction Ltd secured phase II.
